These responses will be held securely in transit and at rest on Mailchimp’s/Google’s servers and will only be available to the Bournemouth Shakespeare Players casting director and other directors as required in the coordination of auditions through a password-protected file.

AUDITIONS: Once the auditions have been processed, any information no longer required will be immediately destroyed. Where your data is required for further processing (on successful claiming of a role, for example, or for follow-up auditions) your information will be held for an extended period as long as is required to contact and liaise with you over your part in the production(s).

NEWSLETTERS: Your details will be held solely for the purposes of administering periodic e-mail updates in accordance with our sign-up sheet and removed on request.
